My car died Christmas eve. I later went to the Edmonds store to buy a battery. I was unsure that they were selling me the right battery as it was half the size of mine and the guy told me he was new. He rechecked and assured me it was ok. I asked if it turned out not to be the battery if I could return it for a refund. He said yes and if I did keep it I could bring the old one in and get $15.00. It turned out to be the alternator so I brought the battery back, they took the battery but would not give me a dime for it. It will be hard to find another auto parts store since they seem to have a monopoly on auto parts. But I will never buy anything from them again.

Went to the oreillys auto parts needed wiper blades and they installed them for me awesome service.

Since they changed to o'reillys I have had trouble getting the parts i need. The workers seem mostly unhappy and not very knowledgeble
