The facility is nice, lots of goodies. The Staff is outstanding and has been especially Julie and all the staff from the Everett office. Always great help in planning and organizing our trips. BUT the inconvenience of traveling to Lynnwood. Lousy. We have several friends whom are from Sultan, Monroe, Lake Stevens, Granite Falls, Marysville and of course Everett. Either won't go to new facility or went on line. Bad Move. Still AAA is a 4 star because of the wonderful people in your employ.

We stopped in to get an international drivers permit for our up-coming trip to Austria this summer. The folks there are very helpful and shop is beautiful with lots of great travel bags, and other things needed for our trip. We WILL be back.
