They are a bad company they part trade when signing papers and they and all there cars I have test drove and the one I have are unsafe to drive on the road I know I am sewing them now

I just had a HORRIBLE experience at this dealership. I found a nice truck online and went to give it a closer look, here at Car Craft. I got the keys and started her up and popped the hood to check things out and an old man came out and put the hood down and turned off the engine. I told him I was being helped and would wait for the person I was working with who said I could start it .... I continued running the engine and popped the hood again and turned on the heat full power. The radiator began leaking so I turned the truck off and was going to leave. The old man came out again and asked if I wanted to drive it and I said; No, the radiator leaks and I don't like the way you've treated me. He then told me I could leave and never come back. He said it 3 times like he was angry? Only since I can make of it is that me being a young confident woman threatened him? He was incredible disrespectful, and I was told he is the owner!

Thank you Gil! After exhausting ourselves with some of the shadiest and horribly disrespectful used car lots to find a cargo van for our business, Car Craft Auto Sales was a breath of fresh air. From the moment we arrived, Gil made us feel like valued customers. We were mostly happy with the van we test drove, but there were a couple of issues that made us a little hesitant, however, Gil offered to fix the issues without charge. We will continue to do business with Car Craft and refer our friends there as well.

We purchased a VERY nice "high end" vehicle from Car Craft Auto Sales, in Lynwood, WA! It's pretty clean, with great miles (for its age), and well kept (which totally surprised me, for a used car dealership). The people who work at Car Craft are pretty awesome and I found them to be very "down to earth" but professional. They have their own style too; meaning, they don't pressure you to buy a vehicle and no one is "breathing down your neck" during vehicle test drives. Their service technicians are AWESOME!!!!!! They went above and beyond to ensure I was back on the road safely, after a followup appointment. If you are in the business for a decent used car, you really should consider Car Craft in Lynwood. If your expectations are realistic, you may be pleasantly surprised by what you will find at Car Craft! They put most other used car dealerships to shame! (I'm just sayin')
