Poor response, do not show up when appt is set, find another contractor that is reputable.

Do your self a favor and find another company. They were not honest and over charged us.The Beam Vacuum system works.... this company is the only problem.

This company is fantastic. I will always go back to them for their assistance, knowledge and customer service. They treated me wonderfully!In addition to that, their prices are great and their selection is top notch! I will, and have, recommended this company to all my family and friends who ask (and some who haven't asked!).I would give them ten thumbs up if I could! I highly recommend this company to you, for all your built-in vacuum system needs!

I stopped by this sorry excuse for a business recently to get some information and the front desk "lady" was incredibly rude. She didn't want to assist me at all, I felt like I was just a number. Needless to say, I did not use them and would strongly recommend anyone thinking of using the products and services they supposedly offer, FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!!!

Our Beam was in our house when we bought it. It has been nothing but trouble almost from the moment we moved in. Our unit is 9 years old and we are on our third motor. We just had a service call and it worked for 3-4 uses and now the same problem is happening again. Our next house will not have a central vac system.



Howver, we are very happy with the service we have got from West Coast Enterprises. Their cheerful and helpful staff has always provided us very good service and advice.
