Founded in 1983, MBH Engineering Systems is dedicated to bringing engineering and products together. Our systems approach looks at a customer application or problem as a whole. We then recommend products designed to work together to not only provide a solution but also allow for ease of use and operator flexibility. We bring new technology to improve existing operations. High quality is a requirement for any product we supply. And because our clients can't wait weeks for delivery, we insure same day shipment by having an inventory of common products. We offer a wide selection of laboratory and process instrumentation as well as related process equipment. In addition to these products, we also design and build complete control systems including but not limited to custom control instrumentation panels. From blueprints to the final installation, start-up and operator training, we manage the project so that it is brought in on budget and on time. We can provide a fast-track installation if required as well. Our services include: calibration, repair, on-site troubleshooting and design engineering. Our team of engineers with different disciplines bring a wealth of experience to every job. We normally undertake small to medium sized projects from a few thousand to half a million dollars. We have experience in pharmaceutical/bio-technology, metal finishing, potable and wastewater, food, wine and beverage, lumber, power and general manufacturing. Our clients have included: Procter and Gamble, General Electric, Chevron, Pfizer, Genzyme, Bio-Pure, Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Department of Defense, Mason Tanning, United Aluminum, Heinz, Sara Lee, Millipore, ITT Semiconductor, Boston Gas, Boston Edison, Amtrak as well as municipal water and wastewater departments. Mark Heyda, our principal engineer has worked under contract for the US Environmental Protection Agency. The year long study about advanced wastewater treatment systems was published by the USEPA in 1980: "Chemical and Biological Treatment of Thermally Conditioned Sludge Recycle Liquors".
