Poor service. The membership records for my son were not accurate due to their poor record keeping. They won’t refund my annual membership fee because I didn’t cancel during the pandemic. They took my account off the freeze without notice and will not even refund me for the monthly cost while closed because they claim I had a credit in my account. Which is not right, I had to pay a fee while they were closed. I called and got no help at all and not credit from money paid during the pandemic. Very very bad company To do business with.
