That’s when I came across this website Among a dozen different locksmiths I’d called, Lynn Locksmith Store was the only one that cared about my predicament and responded swiftly. In less than 15 minutes, a van pulled over at my location. Ed was quick with the job and unlocked the car in a jiffy. Thank you so much for helping me when no one else did! I owe you big time!

Can you define customer service? Well, Lynn Locksmith Store just redefined it by offering service like never before! I scheduled an appointment at 8 pm. They werent late - they were actually ten minutes early! The technician, Joseph, was very interactive and spoke passionately about the profession. He even gave me free advice on how I can keep the locks in good condition for a long time, though I never asked for it. Once done with the job, Joseph suggested that I look up and redeem a coupon for an additional discount. Seriously, these guys put customers above making a profit and theres no other locksmith in Lynn, MA who would do that! Highly recommend.

When I lost the keys to my cars trunk , I not only lost access to a major portion of my car but I also ended up locking office files, my laptop and a couple of other stuff. Mike was very pleasant, on time, and got the job done in about 15 minutes! i couldn't recomend these guys enough!!! I moved in to a walkup from a doorman elevator buildling, and i needed the cylinder of my top lock changed, i opted for the high security lock (I wasn't pressure at all to spend the extra money on one of these) and i'm happy i did! Mike did a great job and even gave us a discount on it!

Not only is Mike the nicest locksmith in the world; he's the nicest PERSON in the world. I called Lynn Locksmith Store in the afternoon to inquire about installing a deadbolt. I wasn't in a rush, but he was able to come just a few hours later. The whole process took about 20 minutes and was super easy. He was a pleasure to chat with and the price was very fair.
