B&B Masonry Construction is doing a job in my neighborhood in Beverly. The owner Bill Dotolo is rude and disrespectful. I opened my front door this morning to see him idling his truck in front of my home and blocking the street as he waited for a vehicle to reverse out of the construction area. Apparently Bill didn't like me looking onto the construction site b/c he barked "WHAT?" at me as I looked on. I commented on the vehicle trying to exit the construction area which Bill took to be a noise complaint. He retorted "It's 10am. We can be as loud as we want". I have two problems with this remark. The first being it was 9 not 10. And the second being that I wasn't questioning the noise ordinance in my area. Bill got out of his truck and made remarks about me to his co workers not more than 50 feet away from me and within ear shot. I cannot speak to the quality of work Bill does. But, I can attest to the way he treats the neighbors in the areas in which he works. Very Poor!
