Manager Terrence was very helpful. They didn't have the mattress that I wanted, but I've bought another for just a bit more. I drove from Freeport Florida to panama city just to get this mattress and I do not regret it. Good quality, in the guys strapped it down and I got it back safe and undamaged. Best mattress i've ever owned. Will recommend!

Very low quality products with shady service that puts them together that you have to pay extra for and they don't even put it together right so many missing screws and some just fall out , bed broke on 3rd night just fell though they said someone would come fix it because the have discontinued the bed ( didn't tell us that when we bought it , then they come out and accuse us of jumping on the bed and won't fix it why would a grown man jump up and down on a bed , ask around you will get even worse stories of there service

We were greeted as we entered and helped throughout our search, but did not feel like we were being pressured into buying stuff. They listened to what we wanted and helped us find the best couch for our needs! Very friendly and helpful.We are extremely happy with our service and our purchases!

Was in the store in Lynn Haven Fl. this week and purchased a couch, dresser, coffee and end tables queen mattress set and lamps. I have to commend the very nice people in that store. They were very courteous and eager to help me in any way they could.. The manager there, Terrence was one of the nicest people you could ever meet. He along with Leah his assistant and the young guy that helped me a lot had a beard and I do not remember his name, wish I did but together they make a great team. They deserve to be acknowledged on a job well done...I would send anyone there as long as they were there. I was in there a couple of years ago and the service was not good at all and I was hesitant to go back but glad I did. Thank you so much Terrence, Leah and your nice side kick. lol. See you Monday and pick up my stuff.\

Went with my daughters and had to wait around a little cause it was super busy...but every chance they got, they got to me and helped me as much as possible then ran over to other customers and back to me...and so on. I recommend this store to anyone looking for decently priced furniture.

We were greeted when we walked in. They answered all of our questions. They told us about the protection plan and unsold us on the end tables as well. They were very professional abandoned us many options. I will recommend AF to everyone.

We have always heard good things about American frieght furniture got a really good deal on a dresser set we will shop there for more often

I bought a chair that had to be transferred from the Tallahassee store. I was told it would happen within 2 weeks. They forgot to put my chair on the list so I didn't get it. I had to call repeatedly to get updates on the order and they never had exact dates and kept forgetting to call me with the info. It took a month exactly before I got my chair and I picked it up myself. Ridiculous and unprofessional are understatements. You might be OK if item is in stock but I wouldn't recommend ordering from them if you actually want your item in a timely manner.

I would like to send a shout out too, two young men Matthew and Jordan that I meet today when I was looking for living room furniture. They both where helpful and knowledgeable about what was in the warehouse. Believe it or not I had a great time spending 1,000 in this store.

We bought our bedroom, dining room and living room furnitures on february. They are beautiful but one parte of the sofa was broken, it was the one they had exhibited. :( Althought took 2 months than they replace it, finally we've got it and receive a good service. We have the new part and is so good! Just make sure when you buy there that everything is fine before take it to home. Their furnitures have good taste. We'd buy there again for sure.

The furniture is of good quality but when it comes to delivery forget it. They use a company called B & K Delivery Service at a fee of 50.00 that you pay at time of delivery and all they do is sit the furniture in the living room and leave. No unpacking or set up. The owner of this company is Barry Mitchum and since I am in the service industry I will make sure everyone I know or come in contact with will know about this. What if you had a washing machine delivered and all they did was set it in the living room and leave. These people are rip offs and thieves in my opinion. People like this is why I started my own business. No honesty or integrity any more. Karma is a merry go round. It will come back. They had better not ever call me for an appliance problem because I will not service this guy or anyone connected with American Freight Furniture ever. Rick Harrelson
