I LOVE my New Hairdresser!!!

I went in to The Scott Savoca Salon on a referral to hairstylist Karen Baxter. The salon is a 45 minute drive from my home but I was willing to try it on my friends recommendation. I received a color service and a haircut with Karen and I am now so in love with my hair!!

Karen was AMAZING..... So professional, really easy to talk to and she really listened to my request! I could tell immediately she knew her stuff. She was a little busy with other clients but I was given plenty of attention and I was catered to from the moment I walked in the door up until the moment I left. I couldn't be any happier, I really love my new hair color and style.

I would highly recommend Karen to anyone who is trying this salon.

For me well worth the 45 minute drive!

Was very unhappy with the highlights I had done. Called the next day to let the stylist Jennifer know that I was displeased with the way it looked. Instead of apologizing, she argued with me & told me it was too expensive to redo. Not a way to treat a customer! She finally agreed to fix it but was very unprofessional about it. I later find out she is the girlfriend of the owner. Guess that's why she can treat customers like crap. Won't be back!!!!
