I called for a cab at 4:36pm and Lee the dispatcher told me that he would send one out ASAP. Since I live less than 5 min away from the dispatch in Lynbrook i thought it wouldn't take to long but sadly I was wrong.I called back multiple times and the night dispatcher James kept reassuring me that the car was "5 minutes away" but in the same breath said that I should be angry at the morning dispatcher for making me late to work.My cab eventually came at 5:40pm (with a rude disposition) and I was an hour late to work.This company is unorganized and has no sense of urgency when it comes to getting customers to their destination in a timely fashion.Please do not waste your time!!!
