Cindy, I have been going to your nail salon since you opened. On August 20, 2014, I had a Pedicure done at your place. You weren't there. There was hardly anyone there. The tech who did my Pedicure had black hair, Wore a white t-shirt with a sequin design on the center of her shirt. It was a flag red, white, blue with a peace symbol on the right side. The first thing I noticed was my toe on my left foot was bleeding on the right side when she finished using the metal pedi tool. She looked up at me and just smiled. She wiped it clean. The second was when she was using the sanding tool. After doing some strokes on my heel and again she looked at me, smiled and decided to use some lotion on my heel which has never been done like this before. When I arrived home, I looked and noticed a crack on the heel. Please notify this tech what she has done and I hope that no one else has to go through this as I did.

I was very unimpressed I was waiting with my 5 year old for a pedicure and getting her nails painted. They helped someone before us that clearly came in after. I will not be back
