Excellent Job...Excellent Experience

We had to order t-shirts for our 6th graders and after shopping around the Tampa Bay area, we saw that Lowegear had a great selection of shirts. Working with Gail was fantastic. She was able to make the shirts affordable so that all of our students were able to purchase one. She even managed to get us a few "scholarship" shirts for some of our less fortunate students. She was able to give me a fantastic quote with an "out the door" price in about 3 days.

We submitted our artwork (front, back, and sleeve) and had our shirts about 3 days after the art was approved. We (the teachers) were very satisfied with the quality of the shirts and how the art looked. The students were very VERY excited to get the shirts. They wear them each Friday with pride.

When I went to pick up the shirts I was greeted and Gail brought me to her office. I paid for the shirts, got my invoice, and was ready to go..... HOWEVER, the box was a bit large, and she had arranged for one of the workers to bring the box of shirts to my car!!!!! Excellent customer service. While I was waiting for the shirts Gail took me around and showed me the embroidery room and showed me some samples.

My school is now looking for another product and I immediately spoke with my principal and told him about Lowegear. Next year I will definitely work with Gail and Lowegear for the team shirts.

I would recommend this establishment for any of your t-shirt printing needs, no matter how large or small the order.

I've worked with Lowegear Printing on and off since 2010. The salespeople put out great costumer service,the artists are top notch (if I do say so myself!) And the product is printed great by the production team. I've never had a misprinted shirt from them because they give you a very clear proof to review first.



I strongly recommend this company if you need quality tee shirts fast.

Worst experience with a T-shirt vendor to date. Our store ordered a number of shirts from Lowegear via their website. When the order arrived more than half the order had shirts with misshapen printing and crooked printing. Lowegear convinced me that a reprint would fix the issues I had with the initial order. Unfortunately it did not and the reprint had the same issues. They are now "standing by their product" and refuse to refund us for the poorly printed shirts. This whole ordeal has lasted for over a month at this point and has cost us sales at the busiest time of year. Be careful dealing with this company.
