My initial phone experience with The Dark Side seemed fine. They answered the phone, gave me a quote and I made an appointment. However, on the morning of the appointment I got lost and tried calling for more specific landmarks and directions and they did not pick up their phone. I called several times hoping to get their attention and still no response. This forced me to pull over to the AT&T near by and they informed me it was attached to the back of the local Shell gas station. I pulled up and saw to my surprise at least 10 JUNK cars parked out front with terrible tinting and rust. These cars belonged at a junk yard and not at a reputable establishment. So now that I finally located the business I go to walk inside and the doors are locked. Apparently they never even opened the store that morning. I talked with a worker at the Shell station attached and he said he personally knew them and did not know why they did not come in that morning. I was extremely relieved that they were not open due to the horrible condition of the establishment. I immediately called D&L window tinting and they had an opening. D&L looks like a reputable business and a place I can trust with my car. I would definitely not advise going to The Dark Side. If you have any doubts of your own drive by and take a look for yourself.

So I decided to take your advice and just drive by. There were some cars parked outside, and at first I was skeptical considering that they were attached to a gas station. However I observed a few guys inside and outside hard at work and I decided to stop in. I was greeted in the parking lot and we began to discuss my needs for my car. My skepticism quickly subsided after speaking with the gentlemen about my situation. He obviously knew what he was talking about and seemed to almost make it a fun experience for me. Not only did they do a great job tinting my car but they also got me the GPS stereo that I wanted for over $300 less than Best Buy was charging. If you don't mind waiting for a day or 2 for them to acquire what you want, you can just go in and sit down with them and get a custom job done for your specific needs at a great price. They are just a bunch of guys who love what they do and it really created a great product because of that. Not bad considering the limited space that they have. All in all it was a great experience.

I took my car in for tinting and ended up having a few other services done to my car. What a great staff and an even better price for really excellent work! I cannot recommend them enough!

Did a great job and the price was the lowest I found anywhere. Also a lifetiime warranty was included FREE. The last 3 shops i called made you upgrade or pay for it.
