I really wish I could give them a higher score. This company really could improve on its communication. I dealt directly with Robyn (VP) and Dan (President) and their customer service was not helpful at all. I felt blamed for certain issues, was talked over and interrupted as I explained my perspective, and cursed at on the phone. They tried to talk down to me, and insulted me and my wife over the phone. It was very unprofessional. I felt misled by them, as Dan told me one thing, and Robyn told me another.

My experience with everyone at Signature Hardwood Floors was excellent. Rich my sales person was really good, walked me through the process, and even went out of his way on a weekend to come to my house and help me move furniture. The installer Jose was very courteous and would even call if he was running late. The work he did looked beautiful when done and my wife and I are extremely satisfied. If you want quality work, at a good price, with a great staff then choose this company.
