Provided by YP.comThe framing department is great at Michaels. They make great recommendations and do great work framing. Watch their ad circulars for the 50% off custom framing bargains. There are also great sales on the do it yourself frames. Overall the craft departments offer an abundance of options. The negative here is the front register employees. This is a typical situation these days - the employees need to undergo extensive customer service training. Once in a while you encounter a friendly courteous employee but for the most part they are disinterested, bored, rude and/or surly. It's not the way to end your Michaels experience.
