we always make appointments and get ther 15 minutes earlier but we have to wait at least 15 minutes past appointment times. every time there is a different excuse and person at the desk is usually quite rude when you question the wait time. if i have an appointment i expect to be taken before walk ins. today i called about my husbands wait time and people with no appointment being taken before him and was told, maybe you should just walk in
