- Over the years, Dr. Phillips has frequently updated his knowledge of cosmetic and restorative dentistry with continuing education courses and memberships in several highly respected dental organizations, including the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI) and the MISCH International Implant Institute. In addition to his fellowship at the ICOI, Dr. Phillips is also a member of the American Dental Association, the Louisiana Dental Association, and the New Orleans Dental Association.
