Ryan has no idea what he's talking about. All he does is look at a book. I had SEVERAL contractors come out for a problem he stated on his inspection that was INCORRECT. All he did was cause a HUGE problem for my family.

I used SPEK Home Inspections twice so far. Each time I had to have the specific test rush ordered. The staff was courteous, accommodating and able to complete the inspections within the time frame needed. There inspectors always explain what is going on, and their reports are easy to read and share with others, if needed.

Great customer service and thorough job done by the inspector, Ryan. Will use again and recommend to anyone needing an inspection!!
