In finding Gulf Coast Land Management (Rita and Jeffrey Butler-owners) I would say I could not have been luckier. I called many other people (companies) to get estimates and information on getting my land cleared but no one showed up as fast and gave such a good estimate on the work I needed done. We’re talking about 3 acres land cleared that you could not even walk on it was so thick with small trees and underbrush.

Ms. Rita showed up within a day to or two of my calling, evaluated the job, gave the best estimate I had gotten so far and we planned the date to start. Her husband Jeffrey showed up on schedule and we were on our way. He has the coolest equipment and some which I have never seen that cuts the brush and small trees like it was nothing. He rocks on this equipment. The job was done on time, at a good price and I could not be more satisfied. I have neighbors coming by to say how good it looks and in addition within all that brush was three of the most beautiful old oak trees that you just could not see. Now they stand out so majestically on the land. What a welcome addition to the beautiful landscape that Gulf Coast Land Management has created.

By the way the owners are really good people too. It was a pleasure to meet them. I highly recommend Gulf Coast Land Management. I think you will get an awesome job at a good price. I did.

I highly recommend Gulf Coast Land Management for any of your land needs! I have @ 17 acres in Poplarville MS that needed clearing of extremely thick brush and fallen trees. Jeff and Rita came out, gave a free estimate and Jeff started the job. Jeff worked a full 10-12 hour day until the job was completed! I can now see the creek that runs through my entire property!

I purchased a home on acreage about a year ago. After a few months, I realized I had a problem with water running under my house. I called Gulf Coast Land Management from a recommendation. Jeff and Rita came and looked at the lay of the land and came up with a solution. After he completed the work, We had a major rain event a few days later and NOTHING washed. I was amazed as it had only been 2 days that the project had been complete. Amazing job, thank you Jeff and Rita!!
