Ken really knows his stuff! He is also friendly and professional. I highly recommend him for all small engine repair needs.

Bought a procat from Ken in 2012, had a few warranty issues that were taken care in a timely manner.His work is above board and prices are in line with others.Always a pleasure to do business with this shop.

Saw negative reviews but tried this place anyway.... Absolutely the most unprofessional team of idiots I've ever seen in a service industry.



They answered questions with questions and wouldn't give me any kind of reason for why they took soooo long and why it still didn't run.... Stay away, try Jimmys small engine (another local shop), he's honest and straight forward.

Can anyone who is in his family please recommend to him that he may need some anger management classes.

It was the worst ever!!! Do not take your equipment to this place. They are very slow. I took my riding mower to them on a Monday and they did not even look at it by Wednesday. I was there early on Wednesday to pick my mower up because they were in no hurry to even look at it to see what the problem was. I took it to a place that fixed it in three (3) hours after they told me that there is no one that can fix it in one day. Boy, were they wrong! Do waste your time with these people. You are not important to them. I also gave them a one (1) star because it wouldn't allow me to give them (0) stars.

They're the WORST! They also told me my mower wasn't worth repairing because, after repairing a spring, they couldn't lower the idling. When I picked the mower up I adjusted the engine idle bar and the mower is like new again!! IDIOTS! I too only gave them 1 star because I couldn't go any lower.

DON'T EVER USE THIS PLACE. The only reason I gave it one star is because there was nothing lower. Two years ago, I took my chainsaw to them for repairs. After two months of my calling once a week and going by every couple of weeks, they finally looked at the chainsaw. Said it wasn't worth repairing.

Stupid me, I took my tiller three months ago. You guessed it, it sat there until I started calling EVERY DAY this week. Finally, today, they called to say the tiller was fixed. They hadn't even looked at it until I called Monday and told them I needed it fixed or I was coming t get it. Thank goodness a neighbor has given me another source for small engine repair.

To put it bluntly, don't use Frasier unless you don't want to see your mower, tiller, chainsaw or whatever for several months, and you enjoy having to hound them to get them to even FIND your machine amongst all their clutter so they can perhaps actually find time to look at it and fix it.
