The program is nothing more than a Weight Watchers model of eating mindfully and in moderation. The facility is very modest and in disrepair. Guest rooms are cramped and threadbare. Heating & cooling were inadequate. The exercise & classroom programs are all group oriented, with no one-on-one assistance or monitoring whatsoever. There are no healthcare professionals on site at all.
