Stopped in to inquire about renting a Backhoe. The guy was a jerk, would not give me the time of day. This was the same guy who charged me a whole extra day when I returned a large Hilti Drill. I mean I was not that late. He could care less I drilled one hole with it because my drill was not quite big enough. I rented a back hoe years ago from this place and it went well. They spelled out when it had to be back, what condition it had to be in and the fuel had to be filled up. It was like the guy cared and wanted my rental to go well with no surprises. Not anymore. THis guy could care less. Rude, no courtesy it was like he was doing me a favor to allow me to rent something, I felt I was intruding and interrupting him by asking questions. I rent tools, aerial lifts, forklifts, air compressors, etc etc. I will not look at Grand Rental for this in the future. Sorry I stopped at your store and disturbed you.

Stopped by to rent a tool at 5 at nite when they were closing, they said I could rent it for 1/2 a day for 40.00 bucks. arrived the next mourning at 10.00 am. I thought I was a coup[le hours early returning it. I was told I owed 29.17$ more because I was late returning tool and I should have returned it at 8.00 AM..... WHAT A RIP OFF. all I was told was 1/2 a day rental...Excuse me when does your 1/2 a day rental start....I guess it dosn,t mean business hours. Maybee I should have retunred it at 11.00 pm and left it on there doorstep. BS You guys are crooks ! (These are my personel views and mine alone What you do and who you do business with is up to you and should not be influeinced by me)
