I was recommended to Williams brake tune and tire. My daughter is attending Texas Tech and of course she had car problems 2 days before she was to come home. They hurried to check her car and came to the conclusion Nothing was wrong. She probable left a light on. I highly recommend these guys. Integrity goes a long way..

I don't usually write reviews on businesses, but I was so impressed with Williams Brake and Tune when I had problems with my brakes, that I had to let them know how much I appreciate them fixing my car and at a reasonable price.

I love this place!!! They have the nicest staff. I have been going to them for 10 years and it's always so nice to see the same faces work on my car. I once had a terrible noise coming from my tires. I just knew I was going to have to have my brakes replaced. Thank goodness for there awesome techs they found out that there was just a rock stuck in my wheel. Talk about honest!!! Anywhere else would have tried to replace my brakes! As a women going into a mechanic shop I always feel comfortable asking questions. The owner always takes time to talk to all his customers.

I love there staff, prices and super honest. I thought I was needing a tire sensor replaced. And honesly know nothing about cars. I kept filling my tires still light was on. Luckily they found a huge nail in my tire which was causing a leak. Thank goodness I didn't have a flat. Being short on cash they were so kind and were able to patch the hole instead of have g to buy just be new tire!!! I will be a loyal customer for life!!!

Being a woman, and having no knowledge about my car, I feel as though I am taken advantage of practically every time I take my car in for work. I was told about Williams Brake Tune & Tire about two years ago. I have been there three times now. They have taken great care of me. They are honest, and have done the work for the quoted price. I tell all my friends to go there, and they are all glad that they do.

I have been ripped off at other places in lubbock. I started going here and they are the nicest people to work with and will keep you informed on the repairs of your cars. It is locally owned and the owner is really friendly... I would recommend that anyone that needs car work or even just an oil change go here!!
