I could never recommend this company to anyone after my experience with my realtor from here. While certainly a decision about the whole company can't be based upon one agent with them, they are the ones that hired her and sent her to me to list my home. There was never a single open house held and generally, the realtor simply didn't seem very interested in selling my home. For this reason, I can't recommend working with Amy Fitzgerald or with Westmark Realtors.

If I could put zero stars, that's the rating I'd give. This company is con-artists at their best in Lubbock, TX. I'd discourage any and everybody to stay as far away from this company as possible. I can't even say one positive thing about what they stand for. Their morals and ethics are, well, they don't have any. I will talk this company down any time I hear it spoken in a public or private setting. Don't make the same mistake I did by renting any of their property because you'll be the next one on this review page blogging the same thing I am. Every current employee should be embarrassed to be a part of this thieving company. Westmark has officially become the most disliked company I've ever done business with, NEVER AGAIN though!!!

My experience with Westmark was absolutely a nightmare. My realtor was very unprofessional when dealing with business. When we signed the lease, we had two separate points of contact other than the rental house. After we moved out of the house, three years later we received a letter stating we owed $700 to a credit collection company for damages to the house. The house was damaged before we even moved in! It was old, moldy, crusty and dirty. The stove and oven barely worked and was cracked, and I get stuck paying for a new stove three years later. My realtor sent the bill to a collection agency without even giving me a notice, stating that they did not have any other points of contact. Let me tell you, our mail was forwarded and they had our other addresses AND phone numbers on the original copy of the lease. There is no excuse to be treated in such an unprofessional manner. Save yourself the time, money and energy and do business elsewhere.
