I initially liked my Tuff Shed. Now that I need service my impressions have changed related to this company. I have called for service 5 times over a period of a month without a single call back. Stay away from this company. I no longer trust them.

Allegedly This company is a RIP OFF!!!! Sale's people don't tell you that you need to have certain things that they will charge you for in the end. Contractors they use rush the job and do Terrible work. Customer service is by far the worst. I have made many calls, only to find the local manager never calls me back. Waste of time and money!!!!!!!

Not happy at all with services received. My shed was installed and it started to sprinkle. The workers continued to paint the exterior to cover the nails. Of course the paint went all over the place. My lock was not placed correctly on the door so a future appointment was made. On the schedule date no one showed up, I called and another date was set. After many promised dates set about a week passed and the workers returned. My lock on my door was fixed however, the wrong paint was brought. The inside of my door had a huge hole which does not surprise me. Another appointment was made. Holes had to be dug to secure the foundation. The dirt was just thrown all over the place. No attempt made to spread or put back dirt in its place. In all my new lawn was mess up. One of the workers wore cowboy boots and put holes in my lawn. The shed seems to be of good quality. My only complaint on the shed itself is the base, it’s made out of aluminum. In the pictures it’s not noticeable. I wish it had trim to surround the building. I am still awaiting my exterior to be painted. Finally, I was not impressed with the quality of work or customer service. I do not recommend.
