If I could choose zero stars I would!! I ordered an arrangement for my mother to be delivered the day before Mothers Day. I received a confirmation order number! I had to give them a phone number and my email and credit card info along with my address and my mothers address. Nothing was delivered the day before Mother's Day. I called them at 445 giving them enough time to get my arrangement delivered and no one answered the phone. I was unable to contact them any way except by phone!! No email, no way to contact on website, no way to leave a message on their phone!! Since they didn't answer all weekend, I had to wait until Monday despite them saying in writing it would be delivered saturday the day before Mothers Day! When I called Monday, the girl took my number bc she didn't know anything! I received a call from some woman not introducing herself and spoke with a defensive tone. She said they didn't have my arrangement I ordered available despite it being able to purchase online. With the order number I was sent as confirmation, the woman at the florist knew my name, what I ordered, my email and my phone number this morning. However, I asked her why I was not notified when placing the order that they didn't have the arrangement, and nothing would be ordered. The rude woman blamed the website saying 'the florist store has nothing to do with money or the website'!! I've never heard of a business who has a website and blaming the website for the store's unprofessional transactions!! I kept asking why I wasn't called or email bc I could have used a different business!! On their confirmation, they quote 'if we are out of the arrangement ordered, a substitution arrangement of the same value will be sent'!!!!!!! NOTHING WAS SENT AT ALL!!!!!! My order was $124.00!! Not cheap!! The woman never offered to send a different arrangement or do anything to make things right!! It was simply not her problem. Unless you want to be let down and ignored, as well as treated rudely once you can talk to a real person, NEVER use town south florist in Lubbock, TX!!!!!!! Wouldn't recommend this business to anyone!! A call to the BBB will be sent as well!! My Mother had no flowers on Mother's Day due to this inexcusable business!! I am out of town from my mother and couldn't just run to another florist after the fact. I really thought they might have been busy with the holiday since I was never notified. My Mother felt bad that I was screwed by this business. I was embarrassed that my Mother had nothing from me! Please bypass this company!!

I just love Knowing that I can call in a order to be delivered in Town or Out of Town and the same quality of work is done ! Keep on Using Our Local Florist to do The Arrangement , internet service will not do You JUSTICE , THANKS A MILLION
