I have stored my stuff there through my last year of college (starting in May 2012). I pay about $120 a month (overpriced) to keep my things in a dusty crapy area of town. I am moving out of Lubbock now (May 2013) because I graduate. I called to see if there was any way to keep my stuff their an extra 4 or 5 days after my month is due to be charged and the only way they will do that is by charging an extra $120! that is BS if you ask me. Ive spent close to $1500 over the last year and you wont give me a pro rated amount for a few days so I can get my things moved? DONT USE THIS GHETTO PLACE! take your business to any other place that isnt over charged and has accommodating service.

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE! SAVE YOURSELF $ AND RUDE SERVICE..

Fantastic Customer Service

Storage Today is a "one of a kind" storage facility!!! The customer service was excellent, i even researched and reserved my storage unit on the internet. When i stopped in an hour later, the property manager (J.B.) even knew who i was and took time to give me a wonderful tour. Very clean and looks like new!!!
