I used this shop to repair my new 2016 vehicle because it was recommended by my insurance. This collision center was able to repair the dent and scratches with nice paint. However, the issues arose when I discovered paint residue covering my entire black and grey interior(dash and carpet included). Secondly, there was paint all over my tire they attempted to cover with Armor All, (the top of the tire was covered with silver paint), the chrome had paint on it. To make things worse there were new scratches and paint chippings where I had no issues before. They were able to clean the tire and repaint the chips and scratches, but nothing else. I'm still cleaning paint out of the carpet and it was done last week. Furthermore, I had to take my car to the Toyota dealer for them to remove the paint from the chrome. He knew immediately it was paint and described it as laziness.
I would avoid the headache, dont pay them to create more problems for you. This collision center cant be trusted, worst of all, I even had an extra 200 miles on the mileage on my car.

I wish i could say that my experience was five star as some of the other reviews claim..however ,after getting my vehicle crash repaired,i ended up with overspray and several new scratches that werent there before.and of course everybody claims that it didnt happen here..well it did and i had the photos to prove it. But no one considers the inconvenience of having to return a vehicle again and again to repair things that should have been taken care of the first time

They got Honda Civic coupe side window glass replaced and tinted pretty nice.

Dominic gave me the absolute best service! Richardson Collision provided constant updates on my vehicle and willingly answered any and all questions I had. I highly recommend Richardson Collision for anyone who has any damage, small or large.

The service was impeccable and the detailed rendered in the work, astounding. Along with their quick work, I will gladly return to Richardson Collision for all future body work.

Well I took my truck around to get several estimates, and this place, gave me one of the best quotes. Not the lowest but pretty close. Randy was really nice, professional, and courteous. I looked at some of the repair work they have done, and it all looked great. So i dropped my truck off, and we shall see how it looks when they are done. Expect another review if I am dissatisfied with their work, if not, then they did a great job.
