Received an amazing relaxation massage from Sylvia and dermaplane from Rayna and it was such a wonderful experience. I can’t believe how amazingly relaxed I feel. Highly recommend this spa!

Absolutely NOTHING negative to say about this place! From the receptionist, to the massage therapist, to other customers, all the way to the owner - everyone was very friendly and eager to please. Very clean, appointments were on time, massage therapist was very skilled and professional and paid attention to my specific concerns. 90 minute massage was $85. Other places in town are $90+ and you don't even get the full hour and a half. I will definitely visit Renaissance again!

I know this place very well, as I moved with some of the women when they left a previous spa to branch out on their own. Not only have a spent a lot of time and money there, but Rana was gracious enough to allow my students to investigate her business and make marketing recommendations for them. First off, as a customer I've never had a bad experience there. I look forward to my appointments and depend on these ladies to help me take care of myself on a regular basis. Sure, any business or employee will have a bad day from time to time but every experience I've ever had there has been excellent. I was worried that learning too much through the student project would cloud my opinion but I was delighted to find out that the owners of this establishment are eager to do whatever it takes to have happy employees as well as happy customers! This business is not only professional, the employees are customer service/ customer needs oriented, which is refreshing for Lubbock. In a town that has little to no customer orientation, this spa does for sure! And like others on here, I've visited spas all over the US. Sure, I've been to larger spaces with expensive real estate but the services and customer orientation of Renaissance rivals spas at the Biltmore and the Broadmoor, and blows away the Woodhouse chain!

Undoubtedly the best spa in Lubbock! Relaxing atmosphere, professional service, and reasonable prices. Rana always does her best to make sure that you are comfortable and that you are happy with the services provided.

I've been to the Renaissance European Spa and it was wonderful. The employees treated me like a princess! I couldn't wait to tell show all my friends my new hairstyle and tell them about the great experience. The spa is so beautiful and relaxing and the people are nicer than apple pie! LBKmom, you are totally wrong in your review of Lubbock Renaissance European Spa. Makes me wonder if you are the former employee who was unable to work with others –effectively- in a sophisticated environment! What you have written is totally false, cruel, and deceptive. What is worse you are doing it on purpose, you are writing without ethics.



Five stars to the new beautiful Lubbock Renaissance European Spa. It is excellent in all forms. I have lived in Denver, Washington D. C. and other cosmopolitan cities and I was very impressed to see something this beautiful for Lubbock. I have been to other spas in Lubbock where I felt out of place and the employees presented themselves to be far above me, but not at the Renaissance. The Lubbock Renaissance European Spa far out glows the others. It is immaculate, beautiful, and very serene. They offer all services and the people are friendly . They made me feel very comfortable and did not intimidate me. The owner is very gracious, is very knowledgeable, and truly represents her Spa, beautifully. I will go back.

I have visited many spas from New York City to San Francisco and in between like Ojo Caliente in New Mexico (one of my favorites) and I must admit Renaissance European Spa reminds me of these places, exquisite, beautiful and yet not pretentious where I would feel uncomfortable. I found the massages, facials & beauty salon to be par excellence. It looks like they offer a lot more then I had experienced and I am willing to make an investment in me. Of course, locally I would choose this place. Who would have guessed a RENAISSANCE is taking place in Lubbock, Texas? Five-Stars. -BR

The moment I entered the Spa, I loved the relaxing and friendly atmospher.. the decoration and colors are very warm and soothing, and all the rooms were neat and clean. The Spa offers a lot of what I needed; facials, manicure, pedicure, hair dresser, massage. They have woderfull packages to choose from.. When I finished my facial, I was so impressed. I decided to do it more often. I had un updo done for a special family occasion, and it turned out very nice and unique. I liked my well done manicure. I didn't have a chance to try the massage yet, but my friend who tried it and recommended the place for me said that it was awsome. The employees are so nice and friendly, I felt at home.....

The previous review claiming excellent service is ridiculous. I've been to the spa for a pedicure, and I can tell the owner wrote this review to promote due to the poor grammar and user name... Rana61. The owner is Rana. This spa claims to be luxurious, but simply misses the mark. A futile attempt to be high class... but a huge failure. There is a new front desk girl every time you go in, and they lose employees all the time. I find them very difficult to trust. Spend your money elsewhere.
