HORRIBLE

No show first day after a one week schedule in place and the owner Ricky confirmed no show, no call and next day guy showed up reeking of alcohol, ripped hot wires out and stayed there about 15 mins walked off job..... I called the owner who started screaming at me and said women have no business in construction.....proceeded to curse me out and hung up.... real professional hilarious
