They were here right after I called and got the problem fixed with my AC.

Technicians are courteous and explain what they are doing. They clean very good after themselves.

The repairman was familiar with the AC system. He was also very courteous respectful and neat in appearance.

Highly reliable. Always on the time, always precise! The best AC contractor.

Showed up when they said they would. The technician from Precision Services was very fast with the repairing of the old ac, but the little fridge mini window air conditioner make him some troubles but finally everything was repaired.

The thoroughness and friendliness of the ac service technician were enjoyable. I also liked the fact that Precision Services called to remind me about the service -- I had been busy and forgotten to call.
