Outwardly appeared to be professional - hard hat, chainsaw at the end of a pole, his own water, etc. I wanted a line of those nasty "volunteer" trees cut down to stumps because I was afraid they would fall over on my fence and storage building (where I keep valuables). He assured me there would be absolutely no damage to my storage building, and there was! I'm a realistic person, and if he had suspected there might be damage, I would have gone a different direction. But I think he rushed the process because he was going on vacation. He rushed it and I now have a noticeable dent down the pitch of the roof, and assorted damage on the eves. Today I discovered several pieces broken inside - including one from my mother's 65-year-old china! This man should have had an assistant with trees this tall. I won't work with him, again
