I will not be using this company. I was trying to get a fence installed to keep a dog from killing my family pets (2 had been torn to pieces in the last week) in my front yard. In order to get it installed, I would have to set back my sprinklers. I'd been talking for days since the first death, with the company that designed the fence and with city codes, only to find out that morning that I could NOT put in a fence higher than 30" in my front yard, which would do NOTHING to keep this dog out. I'd just found my 3rd pet torn to pieces on my front lawn that morning, too, and when the guy arrived I was still pretty shaken. I told him that I wouldn't be setting the sprinklers back as I could not put in a fence. I received a bill this morning for $81.19.

There is NOTHING on their site saying a thing about paying for cancelling an ESTIMATE job.

After multiples of unanswered emails and phone calls, I finally got an alternate number from the BB site. I called the owner this morning to inquire about the charge, And, that I was still considering setting back my sprinklers (after some more thought in a calmer mood), but would not if this was their business practices. He said that IF I used their company to complete this job, he would refund the $$. But not any other way as this is a company standard. Didn't realize I'd have to pay hundreds of dollars for just getting estimates from various companies. Who in the world has ever heard of that??!!



I will NOT be using this company....if when I do this job. He'll get his $81 and I'll spend hundreds in getting the sprinklers redone.

Company was very professional and did a great job on our new landscape project. Would recommend them to anyone looking

PARADISE DESIGNED AND INSTALLED MY PARENTS SPRINLER SYSTEM. MUST SAY THAT THE PRICE WAS GREAT AND THE WHOLE PROCESS FROM START TO FINISH WAS WONDERFUL. THE CREW THAT CAME OUT WAS FRIENDLY AND ANSWERED ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS WE HAD. THEY ALSO CAME BACK OUT LATER IN THE YEAR AND ADJUSTED THE SPRINKLER HEADS AT NO COST. GREAT JOB

My son had this company come spray preemergent on his grass just before one of our rains last month. Because of this the company did offer to reapply this to his yard. Now my son is wishing he had never had this done. His yard looks like it was sprayed with grass killer not pre emergent. Company's response is that the lawn is in shock and it will come back. Has been over a month now yard still looks dead with some green in it.
Would not recommend this company at all to anyone.
