Got new work boots today. I could not have received better service. Staff is helpful and friendly. great selection of boots.

Would have given this place five stars, before my last visit. The helpful ladies, from my many last visits, were gone, and two young jerks were busy selling shoelaces for $16 a pair,etc.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I have a foot that is hard to get a good fit for, and they were able to quickly find several brands that worked so that I could have a choice instead of them giving up after the first one was found. I have been using them ever since. When I am interested in trying out a new design, they have the patients to work with me and not complaining when I go with the style I already have. They quickly order and call when they do not have my size or style in shape.

I just moved to the Lubbock area and I needed to find some new boots. I read the bad review on here and didn't go here first. I was looking for a particular boot and was having trouble finding what I was looking for. I finally gave the Boot Store a chance. From the moment I walked in, the employee was polite, pleasant and she knew her boots. I told her I needed new boots and she was able to tell me what boot I was wearing without another word from me. I decided on a 8" boot instead of my usual 6" in the same style, and she took the time to find the right size (she had to find a wider boot for me), and made sure I was happy with the fit. My family and I will be a repeat customer for any of our boot needs as long as we live here.

I would not recommend My Boot Store Inc. to a single person.The store's advertising and polices are NOT clear and they contradict one other. The staff will not inform you of their "NO return" policy, but there receipt indicates that there is one in place. The owner is a total "nut" to deal with and does not display any business ethics or knowledge. He is unreasonable and a coward, but will threaten and make a huge scene. I have never seen anything so unprofessional in all my 30+ years of business. Buyer beware!!! BTW, Mr. Owner, we found boots in a C width. Are you going to honor your double the refund comment? Check out Shoemall.com. I highly doubt you are a man of your word
