Due to unforeseen circumstances, my 2014 Mini Countryman S All4 experienced crippling power loss shortly after leaving the dealership. I got ahold of my salesman and he not only got the car into their service department immediately, but he put me up in a nice hotel room for free! (I’m from out of state.) They charged me nothing for diagnostics and repair! Love these people.
