I am afraid to tell that they are not professional at all.

they told me it will take two days to wash my rug and they got back to me after 6 days while asking me to double the charge to do another treatment. I accepted and again they told it will take two days which again took them 4 days to get back to me and told they couldn't remove the pet urine stain and odor.

Only go there if you want to loose your time and money without getting any good service!!!!!!!

i had a siezure and ended up falling againt the tank of the toilet and breaking it as soon as my complex manger called lubb steamer's were here and found that the water had run under the carpet and into the closet they set up blower's came the next day to access how it was going and brought out a additional blower. they informative and checked for any mold i didn't think of that good training or common sense on thier part .they called in advance before they came to my door. Thank You so much
