Lived at one of their properties for 3 years. When it came time to move, I gave them 28 days notice because the 30th day was on a weekend. They argued that I had to pay for another month. I refused and they turned me into Tenant Tracker (Collections). Now I owe for a month (that I didn't even use) PLUS a $500 collection fee. Oh, they kept my deposit too. CROOKS!!! Don't rent from them! You're better off staying at "Tent City."

If I could give 0 stars I would. I've rented from multiple property management companies in my lifetime and Griggs is BY FAR the worst. The office staff is rude and condescending. They do NOT take care of their properties - when I moved in the property was a disaster. I hired carpet cleaners and housekeepers to come in and clean it up. I hired someone to mow the jungle of a yard. When I moved out, the place was 100 times cleaner than it was when I moved in - yet they still kept part of my deposit including $35 for mowing the yard. I did have the yard mowed before I moved out...but apparently not up to their standards. Funny they say that since the year before when I moved in they apparently didn't have any standards. Stay away from them and find another company to rent from.

This place has really gone down hill in the past year or so. I dont think it is a bad business but bad employees can ruin a business. I really hope this place turns its attitude upside down. They almost treat you like a criminal when you have something wrong at your home The main lady there will be so rude to you and when you ask to speak to a manager she says she is the manager which I am almost appauled that a women with this type of customer service works any where. So glad that i no longer rent from them anymore. If I could I would let the owner know there is plenty of people looking for work who would treat there customers with respect. I now own a couple of property's and would not ever use this company to rent my homes they dont know how to treat people.

Excellent company to manage property. Quick response for repairs. Helpful staff. Very fair with issues that arise. Highly recommend.
