Jim Winn went out of he way by helping me find just the right car for my grand daughter. He is a exceptional person, he worked very hard for me and ensured every detail was taken care of. Upon delivery the car looked fantastic, my grand daughter couldn`t be happier. This was my fourth car purchase at Gene Messer Ford and number five will be coming in the next year! They are great for taking such good care of me and my family.

David "Chip" Woody was fabulous. This was a long distance transaction. I`m the mom residing in Albuquerque and my daughter is at Texas Tech. We needed a Ford dealership and spoke with a different dealership but was convinced during the phone conversation with Chip that she`d be coming to Gene Messer. I appreciate the product knowledge, professional courtesy, and communication style.

i love the quickreminder service... the understanding of the customers needs... i love that the environment is not loud and overwhelming... the waiting area is really nice. It makes getting you car worked on nice. The man that comes around and ask people if they needs rides is convenient to.

Chip Woody took great care of my SUV and myself during the process. He went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with the end result.

The service tech... I think it was Ronnie... but for sure his last name was Barnes kept me informed as to the progress and what was happening. I had a drop dead deadline and he made sure I made it to my destination. I visited with the technician that did the work, Mark... and he answered all my questions. A great job and thanks for the extra attention!!
