have been going to Fancy Nails for many months now and I love it. There has been so many improvements by the new owners over the past couple months which have made the overall atmosphere and experience so amazing! I personally go to Nia for all all my pedicures, manicures, eyebrow waxes and tints! She is the absolute sweetest and always has a smile on her face! Nia always makes sure you’re comfortable, relaxed , and exceeds expectations. Nia is truly talented and great at what she does. All the technicians at Fancy nails are kind and greet you every time along with offering complimentary drinks. Overall Fancy nails has a great atmosphere and the technicians are all talented with positive attitudes. I absolutely love going to Fancy nails and I would not want to go anywhere else! Go see Nia and you will not be disappointed!

The pedicure was excellent! Extra massages on my feet for no extra charge. Perfect shape and paint job!

I have been a loyal customer of Fancy Nails for about 2 years. I regularly get a pedicure with gel polish. No matter which worker I get they always do a good job. I've never had a poor experience there... until today. I went in for my regular service. The woman I got started to clip my toe nails and they got very short and rounded which is a look I do not prefer. I told her they were uncomfortably short and I wanted the nails straight her and another man apologized and offered to put a tip on to fix the look. I said

It was okay and didn't finish the pedicure. The workers were apologetic and I accepted the service as a lack of communication. I planned to return when my nails grew out to have them painted. My sister paid for it and I found out they charged her the full pedicure price of $28. I want back in and spoke to a man that said he was the owner, Tommy. He told me I could not be refunded any amount of the charge because I did not complain to him. I explained that I spoke to the woman doing my pedicure and another man. He said my complaint was of no importance since it was not to him. I told him I had no way of knowing who the manager was. He pointed to a sign on the wall that said "All complaints to front counter". I was expected to walk to the front desk, with water and soap on my feet to the front counter to give a formal verbal complaint. But since I spoke to the workers while still in the pedicure chair, my experience was void and I was charged full price. Tommy refused to give me any contact information for him or a refund. The simple mistake and miscommunication of my pedicure was never an issue and the woman doing my pedicure was wonderful and very apologetic. The service I received from the "owner" was rude and offensive. I am sad to say I will not return to Fancy Nails.

employees were very nice, no wait and a high quality pedi all for $25! this will be my new favorite.
