I liked my dentist. I'm sure I'll like her again when I go back to get my cavities filled. Service was satisfactory.

Awful! I'm not one for bad reviews but I feel I should express many many times have I been scheduled to see my ortho and they over schedule tons of people waits are forever you can get there early and still be seen 1-2hours from your scheduled appointment you can be sitting in the exam room and never expect you to get out at a reasonable time never happens. I'm a very patient person but they take the patience right out of me. Staff is very unprofessional Always talking about tattoos what their day off is going to be like how bad they gonna party. Constantly rude and sidetracked with irrelevant things. Customer comes first! If you don't like your job or can't do it at a reasonable time fix the problem asap and not leave it affecting everyone cause u don't care...

VERY RUDE, UNEDUCATED AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF DENTIST INCLUDED! THEY ARE THE REASON PEOPLE DO NOT LIKE TO VISIT DENTIST MY FIRST VISIT THE DENTIST AND STAFF WAS OK THE 2ND TIME WAS AWFUL I WAS IN EXAM ROOM 3HRS BEFORE EVEN BEING SEEN WAS TOLD CONSTANTLY HE IS ALMOST DONE THEN PROCEDURE TOOK ANOTHER HR AND THE DENTIST WAS SOOOOO RUDE I WILL NEVER RETURN AFTER I COMPLETE MY TREATMENT PLAN I WAS SUCKERED INTO PAYING ALL THE FIRST TIME. TRUST ME WHEN I SAY I DID LOOK INTO MY OPTIONS BUT INS SAID IT WOULD BE MORE TROUBLE THAN ITS WORTH SINCE THEY HAVE ALREADY BILLED AND I HAVE PAYED.

Have a 1-2 hour wait for a 20 minute appointment, the employees are rude and many of the times I've been there, they talk about the tattoos they will be getting, drinks, etc. The orthodontist is probably the only person who seems to care about the patient because the employees seem dreary, bad mood, and tired all the time, as if they don't like the job. Only reason I stayed was because I made the mistake of not seeing the place before I transferred and my treatment is almost over. I'm not coming back again after I'm done with it.

I definitely recommended this Dentist to anyone that loves excellent service. Even though this place is great for all ages, it is perfect for kids. My kids love the playroom and all the people that work there.

A very gentle dentist. Explains the process, and hand holds the patient throughout the process. I would highly recommend Familia Dental to anyone who is looking for an exceptional dentist.

Wow! This is a great dentist ! Our Family has been going here for years. You've got to go here. They take our insurance, they're very caring, professional & attentive, they're not pushy or a rip-off, & they don't make us take off work or wait. The dentist I saw had a great bedside manner.

Very efficient and friendly. Most dentists just have their dental assistants do all the work, but not this Dr! Also, after dentist appts at other places, you leave with your mouth feeling sore but not here. You won't be disappointed.
