I love the people at this salon here all such cute girls really sweet and caring. You can tell they love what they do, I called every single salon the week of Christmas and it was at like 6e0 that I needed to get in they happily obliged and told me that it was no problem. They're such great women. Very professional. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants awesome service and a price to match it! Keep it up ladies :)

I want to give a big thanks to Stephanie García... She did a amazing job on my hair this evening. She was Very attentive and intuitive to my hair needs. She was also very professional, and kept my appointment requirment to my needs. I was very impressed with her promptness. I am a very satisfied customer. I recommend her to all your hair needs.

Great Staff and service!! Lindsey did a very good job on my color and she cared about what I wanted. She listened and made my hair look awesome!

This place is so much fun, and it meets all of my expectations! For facials, cuts, colors, I am always so happy and relaxed when I leave! Kimber does my hair and she always listens to what I want and approaches it in a way that will make my face shape look amazing (which is a task with an oval/moon-shape face). But I always feel beautiful!

I have never been so traumatized by a haircut. NEVER go to Designer Group Salon, and if you do avoid SHAY GREEN at all costs. She wrecked my hair and wouldn't give me my money back, and no one else would cut it at the salon without full payment. I let her fix it for free, and ended up losing 6 plus inches of my hair in the process!!! I will never step foot in there again!!!! I also enjoyed the fact that she didn't seem sympathetic whatsoever and didn't even bother to apologize.

Designers Group Salon has been exceptional! I'm from the Dallas area and moved to Lubbock to go to Tech and I was soooo nervous about trying a "small town" salon. My roomate and her friends go to Designers Group so I thought I would give it a try. The salon is very laid back with great prices and the stylist are very professional. I receved the same treatment that I would expect from a pricey salon. When I move back home I'll still drive to Lubbock for my hair:)!!!
