I live on a very small income. David took my case for a very reasonable fee and helped me out of a big problem. I appreciate him very much.

Over 3 years ago I got into an altercation in college. I was charged with misdemeanor assault and was given 2 years probation (with no early release) and a laundry list of provisions to complete (anger management, community service, fines, restitution, etc.) After 7 months I need an early release from probation because it was hindering me from becoming licensed in my field of work. I contacted David and with the week, he had a hearing scheduled with the judge. It took only a month for David to work with the ADA and the judge before they dismissed the charge and released me from probation. David is a hard worker and is always willing to return a call or reply to an email. Thanks to him, I'm able to move on with my life, become licensed, and take care of my wife and child. Thanks again David!

David Moody help me out on a child custody problem I had with my ex husband when I moved out of the state of Texas. David help resolve the problem when my ex tried to take custody from me because of moving out of state. He was able to resolve the case with out me having to fly back toTexas. He got it dismissed.
