First of all, do not go to this place. I REPEAT, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I was in Lubbock and had trouble with my pickup. I looked up reviews on google and picked this place. Should have paid more attention. Most 5 stars appear to be fake and paid for. I was charged 807 dollars for them to drop my transmission. Not to mention that they messed it up even more. I had a real transmission shop look this over and though I can not prove it it is pretty obvious what happened. They have ghost fees that they are not up front about. $60 just to open the hood. $125 an hour for labor, what a joke. Brought a mechanic friend with me to pick up my truck from these crooks. They wouldn’t even discuss anything. Just kept talking over us. Please to don’t come to this den of thieves. It will be a waste of money. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

I had a 1994 chevy pickup that needed a new trans at 135K. Took it to them and they said "it would be better then new". What a load! After about 20K of driving and never even pulled a trailer it went out! They told me it was my fault. Come to find out a part that they had not replaced broke. So long story short i did not make that mistake again, now it has a GM rebuild and it has been a good trans. Looking back at it i should have taken them to court and complained to the BBB. To make them own up to there mistake.
