I came in and they were very helpful right away! They made sure that I got my truck in as soon as possible and were very personable!

I brought my daughter's car in for a road check before she went out of town and they were so nice and helpful, unlike other automotive places they were fast, explained things in layman' terms and made sure they answered all my questions.

Wow...what a horrible experience. Never called me to tell me what was going on with my truck. I had to call them. They claimed the call would just disconnect. Inhad them call my ohine while i was standing there...and my phone rang. Surprise!! The bill was over $600 for brake sensor...yeah!! Half a block down the road and SAME PROBLEM!! I brought truck back and they decided they would "check it out" for me. What had they been doing for the last 8 hours?!?!

The girl at the front desk had my car sitting outside, running, for almost an hour before I finally walked up and asked her what was going on with my car. She said she was just then working on it with inspection and they wouldn't be able to do it because I needed cats. That's the entire reason I was there...to put on bolt on catted downpipes. Then when I talked to a mechanic, I actually had to point out to him that the downpipes don't need welded, that they are bolt on. What in the heck?! This place is just terrible. Please go elsewhere. Their business practice and employees need to be held to a higher standard. The only upside was that the head guy there came up, undoubtedly noticing my frustration, and said he'd get it done. Still had to wait 2 hrs to get to that point.

This place ruined my car. My car was working before it went in and told them what was wrong. $1000 in repairs later and it won't even start. Had to buy a new car. This place is junk.

My daughter is from out-of-state and is a Texas Tech student. I called Christian Brothers Automotive to get help with her car. They went over-and-above with their service . They knew it would not be an extensive job, but took care of her like she was their own daughter. You can tell they are an honest auto repair shop who cares deeply about the service they provide. Thank you for helping our daughter when we couldn't!

RIP OFF Artist! Driving from San Antonio to Denver my engine started shuddering when accelerating. We thought it was bad gas but then the oil light came on. So we stopped to have it looked at. Christian Brothers had great reviews on Google so we went there. They wanted $2000 to replace the spark plugs and coils stating they were saving me labor costs by replacing all the coils while they had everything taken apart. I looked online to find it should cost about $1200 but they politely said no, it really costs $2000. Three hours later, and at the end of the day, they came out and said they could not find the correct coils for my car but they replaced the spark plugs and I had two choices; 1) they could try to get the coils the next day 2) I could drive it the way it is. WHAT????? I can drive it? Why didn't they tell me that to begin with? Not knowing I could drive it made me feel I had to get it fixed for their $2000 quote as I was afraid something terrible would happen to the car if I didn't. Also, they made such a big deal of saving me labor costs by replacing the coils while it was apart, what was the point of going ahead and replacing the spark plugs without the coils? I had them remove the spark plugs and put my car back together. They charged $96 for a diagnostic fee. When I got home to Denver I had my spark plugs and coils replaced along with a fuel filter and oil filter all for under $1200! At Christian Brothers Automotive they speak very nice and polite, always with a smile, saying things like, "we'll take care of you" and "we'll treat you right", all the while preying on their victims. How they have so many good reviews on Google is beyond me.
