Had a great experience! They got me in and out quick! And I got into the car I wanted. I was looking for dealership for a long time, and most of them denied me a car loan. But Carizma gave me a chance and I will be forever greatful!

I think they did a fantastic job on everything. They got my paper work and everything done in just two days and and called me early in the morning to confirm everything so i think they both did an amazing job and they were all so nice in there. ÂÂ

Carizma WAS a place I would buy all my cars at proudly. Myself nor my family and friends will not be purchasing any more vehicles from them in the future. After years of doing business with them they refused to work with us in any manner when we were in need after oilfield layoffs. This dealership Is the perfect place to go if you want to be stalked on a regular basis over your payments. They start hounding you the day the payment is due with threats and extreme rudeness. My mother (whom I refered proudly at the time) asked them to wait 3 days on an auto payment and was refused. This business needs to be managed and run by people who care about how their customers will get their kids to school not how quickly can they get the vehicle back to turn over double profit. It's a horrible shame what this company has become. These people will smile and take your money while sucking your soul out of you and make you feel good about it. For no hassle purchase and no stalking what so ever try reager dykes auto! We have been happy doing business with them since ditching carizmas drama:) 0 stars!!
