Terrible place to live. Charge you ridiculous fees even though you pay far above the rent price as it is. They are all rude and half of them have no idea what they are talking about. I for one will never recommend this place to anyone. It's the worst place in lubbock.

Do not move here.
If you have dogs.
Babies or are pregnant.
Ive lived here a month.
Biggest mistake of my life!!!
Boogers on the walls upon moving in. Maintenance is awful and impatient.
Please do not move here. Save your 2000 and go somewhere better.

Great Customer service and very friendly staff along with very nice housing

I would recommend Boston Creek Apartments to all my family and friends! I love the great customer service they provide and the friendly staff and management. They always take really great care of their lessees! Being in a nice quiet neighborhood in central Lubbock is definitely a plus as well! The dog park is a great perk for those of us with 4 legged family!

Great apartment complex. Love this place. Management is great and helps out a lot!! Never had any issues with the apartment complex itself nor had any complaints with the management team! Great place to call home.

Lived here many years ago and never had any issues at all. Referred several friends and family to live here and they have all had such great experiences when living here. Friendly staff and exceptional customer service.

Love this property! Per friendly with great backyards and such a lovely staff! The new remodel is awesome! I am a student at Texas Tech, and it is so close to everything along with the city bus route!

Boston Creek apartments are way better than Gatewood. I have lived here when it was Gatewood, and hated it! But now, it is an awesome place to live. The apartments are all renovated with new appliances, they are beautiful, the clubhouse, pool and weight room are all brand new and stunning! ive used the work out room a few times, and love it! Excited for the pool to be open next week as well! Also, the girls in the office are all super nice and very understanding with everything!

The staff is so friendly. They really care about your living experience. The apartments are just beautiful rehabbed as well. Such an improvement over the past at this property!

The new remodel looks really great! I love having all new new appliances and the fitness center and clubhouse are awesome. These have the biggest backyards I've seen in Lubbock at an apartment complex. and they are extremely pet friendly. I highly recommend :)

If you have an option of staying anywhere else, do it! This place is disgusting. These apartments are more that 50 years old, and despite their new remodel, everything is falling apart. There is a reason that they are cheap; they make you sign a waiver because of previous mold issues. They do not take care of the premises; there is dog feces everywhere. Hot water will stop working from time to time, and the management doesn't know what they are doing. The saying is that you get what you pay for, that is not true here. If you decide to stay here you will regret it.

I've lived here since May 2014, and since day one it has been GREAT. There is major remodeling going on and it is BEAUTIFUL! I can't wait till they are finished with one similar to my apartment so I can have to opportunity to transfer into it and enjoy a brand new luxury remodeled apartment (my words don't give it justice, the new remodels will make your jaw drop!). The events they throw are also AWESOME (the black light pool party was one of the coolest events I've had the opportunity to go to at any apartment complex). The office staff has always been prompt when dealing with any concerns or issues I have and I have yet to have any negative experience. All in all I really enjoy living at Boston Creek, and my dogs and I adore the fact that we can finally have our own backyard. I'm happy I made the choice to live here while I'm attending school at Texas Tech and I am always recommending Boston Creek to my friends. Thanks guys!!!
