The instructor is very knowledgeable and patient. He was able to conduct a class from beginners to a more advanced group. Kept the class informative and interesting. Arrived on time with all supplies needed to provide an educational session. Was able to answer most questions during class and promised to follow up regarding a question he was unable to answer at the time. Answer was provided in 24 hours.
