My dad use to go here until they missed signs and symptoms and he ended up in the ICU. He has had signs of diabetes and told his doctor. They did not even draw blood (Dr Gauthier). He ended up in the ER with a blood sugar of 541 (norm about 100) and an AC1 of 16.5 (norm about 4.5 to 6). My dad was in his office 2 to 3 months prior complaining of symptoms and the doctor blew him off. The doctor said it was a reaction to BP meds he was taking for 10 years. Did not change those meds either...just kept everything the same. I know this because the office manager read my dads chart to me without permission. Then with me, I found the staff at the office to be incompetent at best. I have bruises on both arms after my last blood draw by the MA. I have never had a bruise from a blood draw or donation before. I had to call multiple times for prescriptions to be refilled properly. The doctor (Dr. Lixie) does not say much. So, you leave with the same information as you had going in. I would NEVER go back here. If you are late, or playing a game on the cellphone due to the long wait times, they will walk out and reschedule the appointment. You will be charged for that appointment as well and if they mess up you get an “I’m Sorry.” For the time and money you spend. If you care about your family and want someone that will help when they need it.....don't go here! They can't help with more than immunizations.
