I had called another local repair Co. to fix my fridge. Needless to say, they're still waiting for my part 2 weeks later.

I called Krisel's and Mike returned my call promptly. I explained to him the situation. He informed me that he could get my part that same day in G.R.,on a Friday. He scheduled me for the following Monday & fixed my fridge in a flash!

Mike was very curtious, friendly & even told a couple of jokes. This is a down to earth man who knows his business & the meaning of customer service

Having an issue with my washing machine, I began calling around for repair. I got an answering machine at the first call. Michael Krisel answered on my next call and scheduled an appointment immediately. Mr Krisel was prepared to investigate my problem when he arrived. The brand of machine was not one that he had worked on before but he was willing to delve into it and see if he could help. He looked at the manual for information and within a short time he had fixed my machine. Mr Krisel was pleasant, knowledgeable, able and willing. I was very pleased to have help getting a positive result. I would call him for any of my appliance problems.
